Flo's Speelotheek+ is a community initiative in the Groningen neighbourhoods of Selwerd, Paddepoel and Tuinwijk that serves as a welcoming meeting place for parents and children aged 0 to 8. The organisation functions like a toy store without a cash register: members can borrow high-quality, developmentally stimulating toys, free of charge. Alongside lending toys, Flo's Speelotheek+ brings parents together and guides families towards early childhood education programmes.

As an independent foundation, Flo's Speelotheek+ is working to build a sustainable financial foundation that matches its social mission and local roots.

Within this context, the Financial Advisory Team (FAT) has been engaged. In consultation with Flo's Speelotheek+, and drawing on financial analysis and research into local and national funding opportunities, the team is developing a financing strategy that broadens the organisation's income streams and supports its long-term continuity.
