Omarm Groningen is a platform that connects businesses, entrepreneurs and professionals in Groningen with social organisations that have a request for help. Those requests can involve goods, services, knowledge or the sharing of a network. Anything that helps to address poverty and its consequences in the city. 

The platform is an initiative of the Municipality of Groningen and brings together entrepreneurial Groningen with parties that are already active on behalf of people living in poverty. The central challenge it addresses is not a lack of goodwill, but a lack of connection: many businesses want to contribute but do not know where to start.

The Financial Advisory Team maintains an active relationship with Omarm Groningen as a network partner. Through this connection, FAT and its clients can tap into a broad ecosystem of socially engaged businesses, while social organisations in FAT's network gain visibility among potential partners and supporters.
